Returns and right of withdrawal
 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Within the Netherlands, these costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
Returns must have a track & trace code, Happy Dots is in no way responsible for undelivered or lost returns.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, click on this link: https://www.happydots.nl/Retourvorm  and complete the form. After sending the form you will receive a confirmation, print it out and add it to your return shipment

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Please note: Do not return any products without completing the returns form and sending it to us. We cannot process returns without a return notification. Send your return to the above address, returns sent to an address other than the above address cannot be processed.

Excluded from the right of return are:

- Custom/tailor-made items (for example Dot Paintings from your own photo)
- Digital products such as gift vouchers.
